Delete your account

You can delete your PrepTarget account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete it yourself (instant)

1. Log in, then open Profile from your name menu.
2. Scroll to Delete Account and choose it.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot log in, email the contact address listed on this website from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and password.
• Your saved practice answers, mock test attempts, scorecards and progress.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Basic server logs that do not identify you may be kept for a short time for security reasons. See the Privacy Policy for more.
